Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 
Season: August - October
Cost: $125.00                                   
Time: Practice: Weekdays 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  / Saturdays (games)               
Age: Entering grades K-3 Location: Pelham, Alabaster, and Helena
Early Bird Registration : May 5 - June 23, 2025
Late Registration: June 24 - 30 

Flag football is a program that provides young people an opportunity to actively participate in learning the game of football while developing athletic skills. The focus of this program is on the enjoyment of the game, participation, and skill development. 

Flag football is open to boys and girls, grades K - 3.
